The following shortcode is only available in the Pro Plus version of the plugin.

This shortcode displays a form that allows your users to calculate their BMI, BMR, suggested calorie intake and Macronurtrient suggestions. The calculated figures are derived from a combination of the WT settings and the data entered by the user on the rendered form.

This allows your users, whether logged in or not, to vary the inputs to your formulas and see the relevant figures in tabular format. It is often used on sites as a quick tool, allowing the user to engage without setting up a full profile.
